Description
The activity leader will roll the ball over all participants individually.
Objective
Crush the participants with the ball.
How the game is played
Arrange participants in a circle and have them lie on their backs. Then, one participant at a time, roll the ball across their stomachs. Depending on the age of the participants
you can hit the ball more or less hard. Before hitting the ball, make sure the ball is on the stomach and not near the face.
Adaptations/variations
Let a participant do it for you, but make sure they understand the importance of controlling the strenght.
Specific safety rules
Have participants lie on their backs to avoid “chin-to-floor” contact.
