All our products have a two-year warranty for all manufacturing defects only. Any tear or burst of the bladder and/or the cover caused by a pointed or sharp object isn’t covered by the warranty. In order to replace the product, we must validate with the poof of purchase or the invoice number if the product was purchased directly through Omnikin inc.

If the product was purchased outside of Canada, you must contact the exclusive distributor of the country where the purchase was made.

It is not necessary to return the product to us: the document and the proof of purchase will be sufficient.
