KIN-BALL^® sport is a game created and developed by Omnikin inc., which owns the intellectual property and copyrights.

'OMNIKIN' and 'KIN-BALL' trademarks cannot be used without the prior written consent of Omnikin inc.

Correct use of 'KIN-BALL' trademark

The following instructions must be followed in order to financially support and to protect the KIN-BALL^® sport federations, the organizations and the people who are involved into the development of the sport:

'KIN-BALL' trademark must be followed by ® and be used as an adjective and not as a generic term.

This means that it must be followed by a common noun such as 'sport' and written in capital letters.
