In creating these various OMNIKIN® Games, our objective was to provide teachers with useful teaching tools when it comes to using these remarkable educational balls.
HOOP BASKETBALL
Objectives
- Develop passing shooting and dribbling skills.
- Learn teamwork strategies.
- Collaborate towards a common goal.
Material
- 2 OMNIKIN® BASKETBALL balls.
- 2 sets of pinnies of 2 different colors.
- 2 hoops.
- 8 cones to delimit 2 zones.
- Scoreboard and timer.
Preparation
- Form 2 teams of 6 to 10 players.
- Make a square or rectangle zone at each end of the
gymnasium.
- Place two players per team with a hoop in the other
team’s zone.
- Use two balls at the time and start with two face-offs in
the center of the gymnasium.
Goals
- Make passes until you reach the other team’s zone and
shoot the ball through the hoop held up by members
of your team.
